Power Sauce

(Horseradish Sauce)
Salmon-Cucumber Canapés with Horseradish Sauce
Makes: 1.25 cups
Start to finish: 4 hours (includes chilling time)
  • 1 cup (226g) sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1/4 cup (3.5g) horseradish (freshly grated is best)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons chives, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper


1. In a mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
2. Allow to chill a few hours before serving.
3. Spread or squirt that shit on some veggies, salmon or meaaatons (beef).
Look at you being all fancy as hell.
